TrainingTech is run by me, Jacob Rymer, based in the United Kingdom. I am the data controller for the personal information described in this policy, which means I decide how and why it is used.

What information I collect

Information you give me

• Your email address
• Your first name, if you choose to provide it
• Anything you choose to tell me when you reply to an email or contact me, such as details about your training or goals

Information collected automatically

When you sign up or receive my emails, my email provider (Kit) automatically records:

• When and where you signed up, including the sign-up page you used
• When you confirmed your subscription
• Whether you open my emails and which links you click
• Basic technical information, such as your IP address, approximate location, device and browser type

A note on replies

My emails invite you to reply. If you share information about your health, training data or injuries, I will only use it to respond to you. Please don't share anything sensitive that you'd rather I didn't hold.
